    Prior to her director-level tenure, Marianne spent eight years as a Senior Product Manager at Oracle and previously at Phase Forward, where she spearheaded cloud transformation initiatives for legacy systems, led early adopter programs, and managed cross-functional international teams to successfully launch next-generation safety platforms. She also helped modernize and rebrand enterprise databases, leading requirements development, beta testing, and roadmap refinement.

    Earlier in her career, Marianne held senior product management roles with Aether, Cerulean, and Marcam, designing mission-critical software for federal and state agencies, public safety departments, and manufacturers in food, beverage, and chemical industries. Her work during this period positioned her as a leader in deploying secure, compliant technology frameworks across broad operational domains.

    Marianne holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
