Currently serving as Founder and President of Maple & Palm Exclusive Estates, Brendon leads a premier luxury property management and estate services company serving South Florida’s most distinguished homeowners, investors, and equestrian property owners. Established with a vision to provide white-glove service and comprehensive property oversight, Maple & Palm specializes in luxury estate management, construction oversight, concierge services, rental management, vendor coordination, and asset preservation. The foundation for Brendon’s entrepreneurial success was built through nearly a decade of leadership at Mayer Ranch Polo LLC, where he served as both Operations Manager and Estate Manager. In these roles, he was entrusted with overseeing every aspect of a premier equestrian estate and polo operation that included multiple residential properties, polo fields, paddocks, barns, and extensive infrastructure. His responsibilities extended far beyond traditional property management, encompassing construction oversight, financial administration, staff leadership, vendor management, event production, equine operations, and long-term strategic planning. Through his leadership, the organization maintained exceptional operational standards while maximizing efficiency, preserving asset value, and delivering world-class experiences for owners, guests, and stakeholders.

One of Brendon’s most significant accomplishments during his tenure at Mayer Ranch was overseeing the care and management of more than one hundred polo horses while simultaneously directing complex property operations. Balancing animal welfare, facility maintenance, budget management, staff development, and event execution required a rare blend of organizational discipline and strategic oversight. Managing multiple high-end estates and working farms across Canada and Florida, he developed expertise in overseeing complex property portfolios, coordinating seasonal operations, supervising international logistics, and managing large teams across multiple locations. These experiences expanded his understanding of operational scalability and taught him how to deliver consistent results across diverse environments while maintaining exceptional service standards.

His achievements as a professional polo player, including earning championship titles and being named Most Valuable Player during the 2012 Florida season, reinforced the leadership principles that continue to guide his professional career today.
