Dr. Chantil Wright Galloway is a dynamic and purpose-driven leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration and 20 years in education, including five years of academic instruction at the collegiate level. Her interdisciplinary expertise spans healthcare operations, business strategy, organizational leadership, and higher education, making her a sought-after voice in the fields of leadership development, process improvement, and healthcare systems transformation.

Currently serving as an assistant professor at Benedict College and an adjunct professor at Liberty University, Dr. Wright Galloway leverages her unique blend of academic insight and industry experience to shape future professionals through education that is both rigorous and deeply relevant. Following her military service, she advanced to a leadership role as a health system specialist at Moncrief Army Health Clinic, where she spent over eight years managing administrative operations, enhancing system efficiencies, and supporting the healthcare delivery needs of military personnel and their families. These roles provided her with a dual lens as both a healthcare administrator and a patient advocate—experience that deeply informs her approach to policy, education, and leadership.

A proud graduate of Northcentral University, Dr. Wright Galloway earned her Ph.D. in Business and Healthcare Administration, adding to her MBA in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Global. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, which underscores her passion for operational excellence and process-driven decision-making. Her academic and professional contributions are enhanced by her active involvement in numerous professional and civic organizations, including SHRM, USADE, Theta Phi Theta, and the National Council of Negro Women.
