    Before his current role, Chris worked with a central Texas business owner as an equity partner to grow their roofing business by 7X over a 5yr period. Chris exited the company in 2023 to provide ownership opps for the management team.

    Additionally; in another investment (a start-up)Chris working with two other Austin businessmen started an insurance Risk Retention Group ALPINE TRANSPORTATION, an MGA call Treaty Oak General Agency and a Premium Finance Company.  Founded in 2017; premium written in 2024 was 24m.  Chris continues to serve in the role of Chairman for the board of directors.

    Chris served as President of HireBetter, where he delivered tailored talent strategies for high-growth companies. His leadership at HireBetter focused on scaling businesses by building robust systems and teams to meet client needs. Under his guidance, the firm strengthened its position as a premier recruiting and talent advisory organization expanding from being an Austin based company to Houston and Charlotte..

    Chris also held the role of President at Renewal by Andersen for the Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth, San Antonio, OKC, Tulsa and Atlanta regions. In this capacity, he directed operations, sales, and marketing efforts, significantly increasing revenue and market share by 10x over a 4 yr period. Chris’s innovative strategies and strong team culture transformed the company into a regional leader in window and door replacement services.

    In his nearly decade-long tenure as President of SunTerra Landscape Services, Chris spearheaded the growth and operational excellence of a full-service commercial landscaping business. His leadership not only scaled the organization and expanded from Austin into DFW, SanAntonio and Houston; but also ensured high-quality service delivery through refined systems and processes. His contributions to the landscaping industry were further solidified through endorsements from peers for his expertise in landscape design, maintenance, and irrigation.  The net of these efforts resulted in sale of the company to private equity.

    Chris’s early career in operations management with Avnet Electronics Marketing and Kent Electronics provided him with a strong foundation in logistics and operational efficiency. These roles honed his skills in managing complex processes, streamlining systems, and delivering exceptional value to clients in the electronics industry.

    A graduate of Trinity University with a BA, Chris later earned an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX). This academic foundation in finance and management has been instrumental in his ability to balance strategic vision with operational precision.

    Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris is deeply committed to personal growth and community engagement. An avid learner and biking enthusiast, he values opportunities to expand his knowledge and contribute to meaningful causes.
