“When Preparation Meets Purpose, Extraordinary Results Follow.”
Willard Kille is a distinguished executive, military officer, entrepreneur, financial strategist, executive coach, and leadership consultant whose career spans more than five decades of exceptional service, innovation, and leadership. Throughout more than 52 years of professional experience, he has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to developing people, building successful organizations, and helping leaders realize their fullest potential. His remarkable career has taken him from the cockpit of military fighter aircraft to executive boardrooms, financial institutions, entrepreneurial ventures, and leadership consulting engagements, providing him with an extraordinary breadth of experience that enables him to bring practical insight and strategic vision to organizations seeking transformational leadership and effective governance.
Willard’s leadership philosophy was shaped long before he entered the business world. Growing up on a tomato farm in New Jersey, he learned the value of hard work at just five years old, earning five cents for every basket he picked. Those early experiences instilled a lifelong appreciation for personal accountability, discipline, and the direct connection between effort and achievement. Excelling in football, wrestling, and baseball throughout high school, he earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of South Dakota, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Mathematics while expanding his studies into Physics, Engineering, and French. These experiences established the analytical mindset, competitive drive, and perseverance that would become hallmarks of his leadership career.
Determined to fulfill a lifelong dream of aviation, Willard entered the United States Marine Corps Platoon Leaders Class while attending college and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant upon graduation. He completed the demanding Naval Flight Training program in Pensacola, Florida, where his exceptional performance earned him recognition as Student of the Week before receiving the coveted Wings of Gold designation as a Naval Aviator. Assigned to fly the legendary F-4 Phantom, he served with distinction during an important era in military aviation. Over the course of more than thirteen years of military service in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Air Force, he accumulated more than 3,000 flight hours while earning numerous military honors, including the Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Medal, and Senior Pilot Wings.
Although Willard thoroughly enjoyed flying, he soon discovered that his greatest professional satisfaction came from developing others. As an Instructor Pilot in both the Marine Corps and the Air Force, he trained military aviators while designing instructional programs focused on excellence, confidence, and accountability. Rising to the rank of Major in the United States Air Force, he served as Commander of “A” Flight within the Air Training Command Instructor Pilot Training Squadron, where he prepared instructor pilots responsible for educating future generations of military aviators. His ability to mentor, teach, and inspire became one of the defining characteristics of his leadership style and continues to influence every aspect of his professional work today.
Following his military service, Willard successfully transitioned into the financial services industry through the prestigious brokerage training program at duPont Glore Forgan under the leadership of Ross Perot. Entering the industry without previous financial experience, he quickly mastered investment principles and leadership responsibilities while serving with respected firms including Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, E.F. Hutton, Paine Webber, and Underwood Neuhaus. As Office Manager for Edward Jones in Sterling, Colorado, he led the office to become the top-producing office in the firm’s Western Region among approximately 150 locations. His ability to develop teams, build client trust, and create cultures centered on accountability and performance established him as a highly respected leader within the financial services profession.
Willard’s entrepreneurial vision culminated in the founding of Entirety, Inc., an NASD Broker-Dealer specializing in comprehensive financial planning, estate planning, trust development, and asset protection strategies. Under his leadership, the firm expanded into multiple markets while employing financial planners, attorneys, and administrative professionals dedicated to helping families protect and preserve their financial futures. Entirety successfully developed thousands of living trusts and became recognized for delivering comprehensive financial solutions built upon integrity and long-term planning. Demonstrating exceptional business acumen, Willard ultimately sold the company for a return exceeding sixteen times his original investment, reflecting his expertise in organizational growth, succession planning, value creation, and strategic execution.
In 2000, Willard launched The Rezults Group, Inc., combining decades of executive leadership experience into a consulting and coaching practice dedicated to helping organizations achieve measurable and sustainable success. Through executive coaching, leadership development, organizational consulting, and strategic planning, he has worked with executives, entrepreneurs, municipalities, chambers of commerce, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations to improve performance while strengthening organizational culture. His guiding philosophy, “When the time for action arrives, the time for planning is over,” reflects his belief that exceptional execution is always the result of disciplined preparation. This practical, action-oriented approach has earned him the respect of leaders seeking lasting organizational transformation rather than temporary solutions.
Beyond his executive leadership accomplishments, Willard has built a reputation as an accomplished author, speaker, mentor, and community leader. Throughout his career he has written extensively on leadership, business development, organizational effectiveness, and professional growth while speaking before professional associations, civic organizations, business conferences, and leadership development programs. His presentations combine practical business experience with inspirational storytelling, encouraging audiences to embrace accountability, lifelong learning, and purposeful leadership. Whether teaching aspiring leaders, mentoring entrepreneurs, or coaching executives, he consistently focuses on helping others recognize and develop their own potential.
Service has remained one of the defining themes of Willard’s life. He has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards while holding leadership positions within Rotary International, the Lions Club, the Optimist Club, and the Boy Scouts of America. His dedication to serving others extends through humanitarian assignments with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he has served as a museum docent, historical site host, family history advisor, and mentor assisting incarcerated individuals as they prepare for successful reintegration into society. These experiences reflect a lifetime devoted to servant leadership and a genuine belief that strong organizations are ultimately built by investing in people.
Today, Willard continues to pursue opportunities to contribute at the board level, where his extensive experience in military leadership, financial services, entrepreneurship, executive coaching, strategic planning, marketing, organizational development, and governance can provide meaningful value to organizations navigating growth and change. His uncommon ability to combine operational discipline with compassionate leadership enables him to help executive teams make thoughtful decisions while preparing future leaders for long-term success. Throughout every chapter of his extraordinary career, Willard has remained committed to the timeless principles of integrity, preparation, accountability, and service—qualities that continue to distinguish him as a trusted advisor, accomplished executive, and influential leader.
