    Robert “Bob” Feiner – Senior Vice President, Dell Technologies Services

    Bob Feiner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading large, globally dispersed teams and managing complex financial and operational scopes. Based in Austin, Texas, Bob currently serves as Senior Vice President at Dell Technologies Services, a role he has held since February 2022. In this capacity, he oversees the end-to-end global support services for Dell Technologies’ Client Solutions Group, including products such as notebooks, desktops, gaming systems, workstations, and peripherals. Bob manages a vast network of over 10,000 contact center agents and 15,000 field service agents across 150 countries, working through a blend of direct employees and contractors.

    Earlier in his career at Dell, Bob held positions as Executive Director and Director of Services, overseeing global field warranty services, implementing service centers in emerging markets, designing a series of global command centers, and establishing support networks for servers and datacenter products. His early career experience includes serving at EY as a management consultant and in the energy industry with Hycalog and Arco, where he successfully sold technical sales proposals and engineered oil and gas well operations.
