Peter’s impact expanded significantly during his tenure as Head of School at Hilltop Country Day School, Pardes Jewish Day School, and The Adelson School, where he became known for transforming school infrastructure, fostering inclusive cultures, and implementing best practices across teaching, learning, governance, and operations. At each institution, he introduced strategic planning processes, launched innovative learning initiatives, expanded enrollment, and led comprehensive accreditation efforts. His success in fundraising—including multi-million-dollar capital campaigns, community-wide engagement strategies, and groundbreaking innovation initiatives—positioned his schools for long-term growth and competitiveness.

His leadership at Pardes Jewish Day School marked a defining chapter, where he elevated the entire institution to NAIS best practices, guided the school through the complex COVID-19 era, and oversaw the development of the strategic campaign plan, fundraising, and building design for  the a state-of-the-art Innovation Center.” Under Peter’s guidance, the school experienced significant enrollment growth, financial stability, and a renewed sense of shared purpose. His approach combined operational rigor with an unwavering commitment to humanity—ensuring every teacher, student, and parent felt seen and supported.

At The Adelson School, Peter further demonstrated his ability to lead large, multifaceted organizations through cultural and structural transformation.
