Pam currently serves as Strategy and Transformation Practice Lead at fassforward, advising senior leaders on enterprise transformation, AI strategy, machine learning integration, organizational effectiveness, and executive communications. She is known for turning strategic ambiguity into clear operating priorities and translating complex issues into data-driven frameworks that move leadership teams from ideas to measurable outcomes.
Her executive roles include Vice President of Global Business Transformation at ADP, where she led enterprise programs spanning multiple countries and tens of thousands of employees, generating substantial operational savings and driving major process and technology change.
