    Perry’s most recent tenure leading the Jared division (2019–2024) is a testament to his capacity to turn vision into measurable success. Entrusted with the stewardship of more than 230 stores and 3,000 employees, he led the charge to reenergize a struggling brand—transforming Jared into Signet’s top-performing banner within just one year and maintaining that distinction for three consecutive years. Under his strategic leadership, the division generated $1.2 billion in annual revenue, consistently outperforming projections by approximately 10%. Perry implemented a cross-functional “go-to-market” strategy backed by key performance indicators, cultivating a culture rooted in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-first innovation.

From his earliest days as an award-winning sales representative to managing Signet’s largest district early in his career, Perry’s consistency, vision, and ability to elevate people and performance have been unwavering.
