Glen Antwiler is an accomplished entrepreneur, chief executive, business advisor, and growth strategist whose career has been defined by a passion for helping businesses and people realize their potential. With more than three decades of professional experience, Glen has built his reputation at the intersection of executive leadership, entrepreneurship, sales, strategic planning, human capital, and organizational growth. He has experienced business from multiple perspectives—as a founder, owner, CEO, advisor, sales leader, consultant, and trusted partner to executives—and brings that breadth of perspective to organizations navigating important stages of growth and transformation. Throughout his career, his approach has remained grounded in a straightforward principle: understand what a business truly needs, create a practical path forward, and help its people execute with purpose.
Glen began his professional journey in the financial services industry, developing expertise in securities markets, consultative selling, client relationships, and strategic financial decision-making. That foundation eventually led him to become CEO and owner of Financial Strategies, Inc., a boutique financial advisory firm serving corporate and individual clients. Leading the organization required Glen to operate well beyond a traditional sales role. He was responsible for strategic corporate initiatives, employee management, sales training, business relationships, regulatory considerations, and daily operations while overseeing a diversified platform encompassing wealth management, insurance, and mortgage services. This experience gave him an early appreciation for the complexity of running a small business and the importance of balancing growth ambitions with operational discipline, customer retention, regulatory requirements, and sound decision-making.
His career subsequently expanded into strategic consulting and organizational leadership as Director of Design Services Group. Glen led a sales organization consisting of more than 60 sales associates and five sales managers while also directing back-office functions related to design and customer fulfillment. Working with C-level and executive clientele, he helped the organization develop strategic sales solutions and coordinate transitions among departments, vendors, sales teams, fulfillment functions, and customers. His leadership contributed to the implementation of new revenue sources that diversified organizational risk, increased firm profit, and created additional pipelines for future income. The experience further strengthened his ability to see an organization as an interconnected system in which strategy, people, process, sales, and execution must work together.
Glen then brought his entrepreneurial and consultative experience into the Professional Employer Organization and human capital industry. At Insperity, he served as a Certified Business Performance Advisor, working directly with C-level leaders to evaluate organizational challenges and identify solutions supporting their current and future growth. His work addressed areas such as human capital, employee engagement, operational efficiency, organizational liability, and overall return on investment. His performance earned significant recognition, including Rookie of the Year, President’s Club honors, Million Dollar Club membership, and placement among leading company performers. In 2014, Glen achieved 267.5% of his individual sales quota and became his office’s top producer, demonstrating his ability to combine relationship-driven consulting with measurable business results.
Entrepreneurship again became central to Glen’s career when he co-founded Ignite PEO Services and assumed the role of CEO. He helped build an innovative PEO business designed to give small and midsized companies access to resources, technology, employee benefits, HR solutions, workers’ compensation, payroll, and organizational support traditionally associated with much larger companies. Under his leadership, Ignite expanded into 26 states and achieved more than 200% year-over-year growth during its development. Glen oversaw the organization’s vision, product development, strategic initiatives, and profitability while building a company positioned around the needs of growing businesses. The entrepreneurial journey ultimately culminated in a successful exit, with Ignite sold at 25 times its initial investment—an experience that gave Glen firsthand knowledge of the complete business lifecycle, from startup and market development through scaling, value creation, negotiation, and acquisition.
Following Ignite’s acquisition by G&A Partners, Glen remained involved as a Senior Business Advisor, helping create continuity for existing clients while contributing to new business development. In this capacity, he continued working with organizations through consultative sales and comparative business solutions, including technology platforms supporting applicant tracking, onboarding, HR information systems, organizational development, performance management, payroll, timekeeping, and recruiting. Rather than approaching business challenges through a single functional lens, Glen has consistently focused on understanding how people, processes, technology, leadership, and commercial strategy interact. That perspective has enabled him to communicate effectively with business owners and C-suite executives while translating complex organizational needs into practical solutions.
Today, Glen serves as Chief Executive Officer of Right Fit PEO, where he continues his commitment to helping businesses make informed decisions about their people and organizational infrastructure. Right Fit PEO helps companies navigate what can otherwise be a complicated PEO comparison process, serving as an advocate for businesses as they evaluate providers, compare solutions, negotiate terms, and move through implementation. Glen’s work reflects the philosophy that has followed him throughout his career: successful advisory relationships begin by understanding the client rather than simply promoting a product. His expertise encompasses business strategy, professional employer organizations, human resources, employee benefits, payroll services, workers’ compensation, regulatory compliance, business analysis, strategic planning, and organizational performance.
Across these roles, Glen has developed particular strength in startups, go-to-market execution, organizational expansion, process creation, executive decision-making, business development, sales leadership, and strategic growth. His résumé reflects experience leading, managing, and training more than 200 sales associates and numerous managers while building relationships across a broad commercial spectrum, from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations. His professional network has also been deeply rooted in the business community, including relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Glen’s experience has taught him that sustainable growth requires more than generating revenue; organizations must also create repeatable processes, develop capable people, understand their customers, manage risk, and maintain the flexibility necessary to adapt as the business evolves.
Glen’s educational and professional development reflects the same commitment to continuous improvement. He earned the Certified Business Performance Advisor credential through the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business and has studied business management, finance, and psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder. His development has also included professional training in sales skills, sales coaching, effective team management, time management, and related leadership disciplines. Earlier in his career, he held multiple securities and insurance licenses, adding another layer of experience in highly regulated and detail-oriented business environments. Public speaking, seminars, podcasts, and executive-level presentations have further developed his ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
At this stage of his career, Glen is particularly motivated by the opportunity to give back. After decades of owning businesses, advising executives, building teams, helping organizations grow, and experiencing the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship firsthand, he sees board and advisory service as a natural extension of his professional journey. He is particularly interested in professional-services organizations and growth-oriented businesses with approximately 15 to 100 employees and annual recurring revenue in the range of $2 million to $50 million. His preference is currently for domestic opportunities, where he can contribute directly to leadership conversations surrounding growth, go-to-market strategy, organizational expansion, executive decision-making, and the creation of processes necessary to scale effectively.
Glen’s connection to small business is especially personal. He understands that founders and executives often make consequential decisions without the depth of internal resources available to larger corporations, and he believes experienced advisors can provide meaningful perspective during those moments. His objective in board service is not simply to recount what has worked in his own career, but to apply those lessons thoughtfully to the circumstances of another organization. His previous service with the Douglas County Crisis Center adds another dimension to his leadership experience, while his interests outside of business—including geology—reflect a natural curiosity and appreciation for understanding how individual elements come together to form something larger.
Ultimately, Glen brings the perspective of someone who has built, led, advised, grown, and successfully exited businesses. His career combines entrepreneurial instinct with practical operating experience, strategic sales expertise, human capital knowledge, executive-level relationship building, and an enduring commitment to small-business success. Whether working with an emerging company establishing its go-to-market strategy or an established organization preparing for its next stage of growth, Glen approaches leadership as an opportunity to create clarity, strengthen people and processes, and help organizations make better decisions. For Glen, board service represents an opportunity to transform more than three decades of accumulated business experience into meaningful guidance for the entrepreneurs and leadership teams building the next generation of successful companies.
