    Before co-founding ThermaMEDx, Ben spent over six years at Alcon, where he held several key leadership positions. As vice president of U.S. Vision Care, he led a national commercial team that consistently outperformed sales and market share expectations. His tenure at Alcon also included roles as head of U.S. marketing, where he revitalized declining business segments, and head of U.S. strategy, enterprise, and market development, where he spearheaded commercial innovation and market expansion initiatives.

    Prior to Alcon, Ben had a 22-year tenure at Novartis, where he held multiple leadership roles. As area sales director for the Southeast, he managed a $137 million sales division for their eyecare unit, ranking number one in the U.S. seven times. In his role as executive director of national accounts, he drove national account growth, securing key partnerships with major retailers. His leadership as head of North America human resources further showcased his ability to drive cultural transformation, integrate acquisitions, and lead high-impact HR initiatives.

    Ben’s passion for leadership extends beyond the corporate world. He is the founder of Lake Country Angels, an organization helping the underserved and those in need across the state of Georgia. He has also served as a volunteer coach for football, baseball, basketball, and soccer with the Duluth Youth Baseball & Sports Association, as well as a Sunday school teacher at Johns Creek Baptist Church and currently attends Lake Oconee Church in Greensboro, Georgia.
