    Adam is the Founder and Managing Director of Synthesis Consulting Group, a strategic brand consultancy based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. At Synthesis, he partners with senior executives, emerging ventures, and next-generation marketers to uncover and unlock breakthrough growth opportunities. His broad advisory portfolio spans roles such as Strategic Deals Advisor at PwC, mentor to startup founders, and advisor to sports organizations like the Palm Springs Power and California Winter League. He also gives back to his alma mater as an Alumni Advisor to the Brown University Sports Network.

    Adam’s most notable tenure was his 25-year career at Nike, Inc., where he played a key role in shaping the brand’s global strategies and marketing success. He held a series of senior executive roles across global, regional and functional responsibilities, including Vice President of Marketing for North America, Asia-Pacific & Latin America, VP, Global Brand Marketing for Running, Basketball, and Brand Innovation, as well as VP, Global Brand Creative. At Nike, Adam consistently led groundbreaking campaigns, athlete storytelling, digital/retail experiences, innovation pipelines, and consumer engagement strategies that delivered transcendent brand impact and measurable, sustainable growth. His leadership was marked by bold creativity, authenticity, and inclusive representation, culminating in his role as Founding Co-Chair of Nike’s Global Brand DEI Council.

    Earlier in his career, Adam developed his expertise in advertising and digital strategy at leading agencies such as TBWA/Chiat/Day, Foote, Cone & Belding, and Saatchi & Saatchi. He also served as VP/GM of Brand Management at asimba.com, a pioneering online fitness platform in the early 2000s, helping to shape digital innovation in wellness long before it became mainstream. These formative experiences deepened his fluency in the creative, digital, and media ecosystems—skills he later scaled globally at Nike.

    Outside of corporate leadership, Adam is deeply committed to purpose-driven impact. He served on the Board of Directors for The Ad Council and completed the Inclusive & Authentic Leadership Program at Northwestern University, reinforcing his dedication to equity, social impact, and inclusive team cultures.
