    Warren began his career in brand marketing with Procter and Gamble. He transitioned to industrial sales with Boise Cascade.  He moved on to information systems sales with an IBM subsidiary and quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating a natural ability to navigate complex business challenges. Over the years, he has played pivotal roles in sales force development, strategic planning, and M&A integration, consistently exceeding targets and positioning companies for long-term success. He managed high-
    impact business strategies during his tenure in executive leadership positions at  Dun & Bradstreet Software, Artesia Data Systems, Daly.Commerce, and TD Technologies.

    As the founding principal of Top Line Management Services, Warren has spent over two decades consulting for small and midsize firms, providing fractional sales management, strategic and operational planning, training, and executive coaching. His expertise in turnaround management has helped organizations restructure their operations and develop sustainable growth strategies.
