    Vijay Sardeshpande is a dynamic operational leader and business transformation expert with over 20 years of experience delivering measurable results in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and IT operations. Renowned for driving multimillion-dollar cost savings and leading complex organizational change, Vijay has successfully transformed underperforming operations into agile, metrics-driven environments.

    Currently serving as Senior Lean Manager at Atkore, Vijay leads lean strategy implementation at the company’s largest manufacturing facility, driving performance across eight production lines using proven methodologies such as 5S, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, and RCCA. His leadership has enhanced production throughput, improved overall equipment effectiveness, and instilled a culture of continuous improvement.

    Prior to Atkore, Vijay served as Director of Process Excellence at RealPage, where he led engineering transformation efforts during a company-wide shift to a platform-based model. His initiatives led to significant improvements in product velocity, defect reduction, and onboarding satisfaction. He also built real-time dashboards and reporting systems for cross-functional alignment from engineers to the executive suite.

    At GenesisCare, as Director of Global IT Business Excellence, Vijay oversaw global teams during a major M&A integration. He implemented project intake and prioritization frameworks that saved $3.9M and standardized global IT systems across platforms like SAP, Workday, and CRM.

    Vijay’s earlier accomplishments include his role at Raytheon, where he drove over $100M in cumulative savings through factory consolidation, supplier optimization, and lean supply chain strategies. As Productivity Manager at PepsiCo, he led supplier-based initiatives that identified $75M in improvement opportunities, contributing $20M in annual savings.

    He began his career in engineering and leadership roles with Black & Decker, GM, and Hewlett Packard, building deep expertise in Six Sigma, advanced manufacturing, and lifecycle portfolio management.

    Vijay is known for fostering high-performing teams, coaching leadership at all levels, and promoting transparency, accountability, and a disciplined approach to change.
