Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that people are the foundation of every successful business strategy and that companies achieve sustainable growth when talent, culture, and business execution are aligned. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead organizations through transformation while building cultures that foster accountability, inclusion, performance, and long-term success.

Pamela most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Everest, a leading global insurance and reinsurance organization. In this role, she was responsible for delivering enterprise-wide human capital strategies for more than 3,000 global employees while partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational performance, talent planning, and workforce effectiveness. Her leadership extended across global operations, succession planning, leadership development, compensation strategy, and employee engagement initiatives designed to support a rapidly evolving and highly competitive marketplace. Pamela’s ability to integrate business strategy with people strategy positioned her as a critical executive voice within the organization and reinforced her standing as a transformational HR leader capable of driving enterprise impact.

Before joining Everest, Pamela spent over twelve years at PGIM, Prudential Financial’s global investment management business, where she served as Global Head of Human Resources for a $1.3 trillion multi-manager investment platform with more than 4,500 employees worldwide. During her tenure, she led a global HR organization of more than 100 professionals and was responsible for all aspects of human capital strategy, including executive compensation, succession planning, talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and workforce analytics. Her leadership played a central role in modernizing PGIM’s talent agenda and ensuring the organization remained competitive in attracting, developing, and retaining world-class talent across international markets.

One of Pamela’s defining strengths throughout her career has been her ability to partner directly with CEOs and senior executive teams to align talent strategy with enterprise priorities. At PGIM, she worked closely with the CEO to evaluate and transform executive leadership structures while building robust talent pipelines to support long-term business growth. She also collaborated extensively with the CFO to improve labor cost management through sophisticated HR metrics, reporting frameworks, and redesigned compensation strategies that better aligned employee incentives with organizational objectives. Her work in executive compensation and performance management helped foster a culture of accountability and high performance while supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Pamela’s leadership influence extended beyond traditional human resources functions into broader operational and governance responsibilities. She served as a member of the PGIM Operating Committee, the PGIM Risk Committee, and acted as PGIM’s Business Ethics Officer. In these capacities, she contributed to strategic decision-making around enterprise risk, governance, organizational resilience, and long-term business planning. She was also accountable for PGIM’s $200 million emerging managers investment fund, further demonstrating her ability to bridge business strategy and human capital leadership. Her broad executive experience has given her a unique understanding of how organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy directly influence financial performance and enterprise value.

Earlier in her career, Pamela held numerous leadership roles at Barclays Investment Bank over a seventeen-year tenure spanning both New York and London. During this time, she supported global investment banking, sales and trading, research, private equity, and capital markets businesses while managing large-scale talent acquisition programs, organizational redesign initiatives, and executive advisory responsibilities. She became widely recognized for her ability to lead through periods of disruption and complexity, most notably during the 2008 acquisition and integration of Lehman Brothers’ U.S. front office business. Serving as the senior HR business partner during one of the most consequential transactions in financial services history required exceptional leadership, operational discipline, and emotional intelligence. Pamela successfully helped guide organizational integration efforts while supporting leadership continuity, employee engagement, and business stabilization during an unprecedented period of uncertainty.

Throughout her career, Pamela has consistently demonstrated a global mindset and a deep understanding of international business operations. Having worked extensively in both the United States and the United Kingdom, she has managed and developed teams across multiple regions while overseeing global HR infrastructure, labor compliance, payroll operations, relocation programs, and international workforce strategy. Her international exposure has enabled her to navigate cultural complexity with confidence while building collaborative, high-performing teams that operate effectively across borders. She also played a significant role in expanding operational capabilities through near-shore and offshore hubs, including initiatives in Ireland and Tampa, helping organizations scale efficiently while maintaining strong employee engagement and operational quality.

Pamela’s expertise extends far beyond operational HR leadership. She is widely regarded as a strategic thinker who understands how organizational culture, leadership capability, and talent strategy shape business outcomes. She has spent much of her career advising executives on succession planning, organizational transformation, executive coaching, and leadership development. Her experience in mergers and acquisitions has further strengthened her ability to evaluate organizational readiness, manage workforce integration, and navigate change management at the highest levels of business. Pamela believes strongly that organizations that prioritize people strategy are ultimately more resilient, innovative, and sustainable, and she has dedicated her career to helping businesses realize that connection.

Her leadership style is characterized by authenticity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to developing others. Colleagues and executive leaders consistently recognize Pamela for her ability to build trust, foster alignment, and create environments where employees feel empowered to contribute and grow. She has championed initiatives focused on inclusion, diversity, and leadership accessibility, believing that high-performing organizations are built upon cultures that value diverse perspectives and continuous learning. Her experience managing large-scale transformations has taught her that organizational success is ultimately driven by the quality of leadership and the strength of relationships throughout the enterprise.

Pamela’s interest in board service stems from her passion for helping organizations strengthen business performance through effective leadership and people-focused strategy. She believes many boards underestimate the importance of human capital expertise in driving enterprise success, particularly in today’s rapidly evolving business environment where talent acquisition, retention, culture, and leadership development are increasingly central to competitive advantage. Pamela brings a valuable board perspective because she approaches business strategy through both operational and human dimensions, understanding how workforce execution, leadership alignment, and organizational culture directly impact long-term growth and risk management. Her ability to connect people strategy to financial and operational outcomes makes her a uniquely valuable advisor to boards and executive teams alike.
