    Scott currently serves as an advisor at KauTah LLC, a strategic consultancy based in San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, he partners with companies across industries to accelerate growth through tailored approaches in Sales, GTM, Strategy, Customer Success, and Solutions and Consulting. He brings a wealth of insights and leadership acumen, particularly valuable to organizations seeking to pivot, scale, or differentiate in highly competitive environments.     Prior to KauTah, Scott spent over 16 years at CCC Intelligent Solutions, a $6 billion SaaS platform powering the P&C insurance economy. As Senior Vice President of the Insurance Services Group, he led a team of over 200 professionals, managing and growing more than $400 million in annual insurance carrier revenue. Under his leadership, CCC delivered double-digit revenue growth, achieved an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75 in 2022, and consistently exceeded Wall Street guidance. Scott’s strategic influence shaped board-level discussions and five-year roadmaps that set a bold vision for sustained expansion.

    From 2012 to 2022, Scott served as Group Vice President of National Accounts at CCC. In this capacity, he built and scaled account management programs that were instrumental in managing $165+ million in revenue, consistently beating sales targets, and developing playbooks for competitive wins. Notable among these was his leadership in securing major clients like MetLife and National General, showcasing his exceptional talent in deal structuring and strategic relationship management. His performance earned him prestigious recognitions such as Chairman’s Club for 8 consecutive years and keynote speaker invitations at major industry conferences.

    Earlier in his CCC tenure, Scott held the role of Director of Solutions and Consulting, where he played a pivotal role in defining the company’s core growth strategy. He led a rapid expansion of the consulting team and developed methodologies that delivered over $25 million in opportunity identification for clients. His frameworks became the foundation for scalable consulting practices at CCC, demonstrating his ability to build and institutionalize value creation.

    Scott’s roots in consulting trace back to Charter Consulting and Accenture, where he delivered high-impact projects for Fortune 500 clients. At Charter, he drove operational transformations that generated millions in profitability and cash flow enhancements for major defense and food distribution clients. At Accenture, he distinguished himself among the top 5% of consultants, leading international implementations and process redesigns for a global luxury auto manufacturer.

    Academically, Scott’s credentials are equally impressive. He holds an MBA with a dual concentration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He also completed Executive Education programs at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (Customer Focused Innovation) and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business (Advanced Strategy). These elite programs further honed his ability to blend innovation with execution in fast-paced business settings.

    Beyond the boardroom, Scott is a passionate outdoorsman and a committed father. He finds balance through skiing, hiking, biking, and golfing, and he has created and coached youth sports programs, including a soccer program at his daughter’s school and a championship basketball team at his son’s school.
