With over three decades of distinguished experience driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and leading enterprise sales strategy, Neil A. Miller stands as a seasoned and dynamic sales executive. His career spans some of the most competitive industries — including technology, financial services, and pharmaceuticals — where he has consistently delivered transformative results and cultivated strong client and partner relationships across global markets.

Neil’s journey in the sales leadership arena is defined by a proven ability to build and scale strategic sales operations, develop and execute high-impact strategies, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance. His expertise spans across direct and indirect sales, SaaS growth strategies, customer experience optimization, digital marketing, automation, and AI technologies. Neil is adept at navigating complex enterprise environments, forging deep executive relationships, and guiding organizations through major digital transformations.

A defining thread throughout Neil’s career has been his deep commitment to customer experience (CX). His focus on CX began at Interwoven, where he played a pivotal role in the early evolution of web content and digital experience strategies for enterprise clients. He advanced this mission at Ektron, helping organizations create more engaging, content-rich digital environments. This passion reached its peak during his tenure as Area VP of Sales at Adobe, where he led teams through a transformational shift — evolving from single-product sales to platform-based customer experience solutions. Under Neil’s leadership, teams delivered measurable value to both marketing and IT stakeholders, leading to broad adoption of the Adobe Experience Cloud and exponential account growth.

Currently serving as a Strategic Account Executive at Procore, Neil is entrusted with expanding strategic relationships and penetrating greenfield accounts within the construction technology sector. Despite construction tech not being his long-term vertical focus, Neil has already made a significant impact — opening multiple new accounts, renewing multi-year agreements, and achieving a ramped annual quota with zero churn.

Prior to Procore, Neil played key roles at leading organizations such as Dataiku, UiPath, and Adobe. At Dataiku, a leader in advanced analytics and AI/ML, Neil was recognized as one of the top performers, developing a six-times pipeline and closing over $2.18 million in sales within his first year. As a Global Key Account Executive at UiPath, Neil’s strategic leadership contributed to a staggering 439% of his sales quota achievement, earning him top global accolades. At Adobe, Neil helped reshape customer engagement by aligning Adobe’s digital experience platform to clients’ evolving CX strategies, thereby unlocking deeper, value-driven relationships across a broad set of enterprise accounts.

Earlier in his career, Neil held executive roles at Ektron (now Episerver), where he rebuilt global sales operations leading into a successful VC-backed merger, and at Interwoven/Autonomy/HP, where he consistently ranked among the top performers globally and helped global brands integrate digital experience solutions at scale. His foundation was built through impactful roles at Intralinks and EY, where he drove early SaaS adoption strategies in the financial services sector and pioneered sales enablement models within consulting practices.

Throughout his career, Neil has sold into and expanded markets across Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, adding valuable international exposure to his skill set. While English is his primary language, his global engagement experience equips him with a well-rounded perspective critical for navigating diverse markets.

Neil is a product of Red River College in Winnipeg, Canada, where he studied Electronic Engineering, and he is extensively trained in leading sales methodologies including Value Selling, Solution Selling, Sandler Training, Customer Focused Selling, SPIN Selling, and Strategic Selling.

Today, Neil is focused on extending his legacy beyond corporate sales leadership by transitioning into board and advisory roles. With a desire to leverage his extensive expertise, strategic acumen, and leadership capabilities, Neil seeks to support companies in accelerating growth, refining their go-to-market strategies, and enhancing operational efficiency. He is open to opportunities across all company sizes, preferring industries aligned to technology, financial services, and pharmaceuticals, while steering clear of potential conflicts within the construction technology space.

Poised to bring a wealth of real-world experience, battle-tested strategies, and a mentor’s heart, Neil Miller is ready to contribute meaningfully to organizations seeking strategic board members and advisors who understand the nuance of both scaling startups and expanding enterprise operations globally.
