As Regional Managing Director for Manpower Engineering, Mike oversaw engineering operations across nine locations throughout the Eastern United States with full profit and loss responsibility. Under his leadership, the organization expanded from two offices and ten employees into a thriving regional operation spanning nine offices and more than forty professionals. His leadership produced more than $40 million in annual revenue while consistently exceeding financial targets. Beyond financial performance, Mike became recognized throughout the organization as a collaborative leader who successfully guided the integration of the engineering business into the broader U.S. Manpower organization while maintaining business continuity during one of the most disruptive periods in recent history. Mike continued building upon that success as Senior Vice President of Professional Solutions for Resource Employment Solutions, where he established an entirely new professional staffing division from the ground up.
