He later transitioned into school administration, serving as Director of Admission at St. Christopher’s School before stepping into the role of Head of School at St. Michael’s Episcopal School. A proven financial steward, Turner has driven substantial institutional growth through disciplined fiscal management and innovative revenue strategies. Under his leadership, schools consistently produced budget surpluses, expanded auxiliary revenue streams, and implemented strategic debt restructuring to reduce financial pressures. He spearheaded a $12 million campus master plan and secured a $4.2 million capital campaign to enhance facilities and program offerings. His leadership in enrollment and advancement resulted in increased student retention, net tuition revenue growth, and fundraising efforts that regularly exceeded targets, including the creation of a $1 million fund to support families impacted by the pandemic.

Turner has also played a key role in governance and strategic planning, guiding schools through leadership transitions, accreditation efforts, and trustee engagement. Turner holds a Bachelor’s degree (Cum Laude) in Public Policy and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he captained the two-time undefeated Ivy League champion football team, earned Academic All-Ivy and First Team All-Ivy honors, and played varsity baseball. A member of the Sphinx Senior Honor Society, he received multiple leadership and academic awards selected by classmates and faculty. He later earned a Master’s in Education from Arcadia University and is currently an Ed.D. candidate in Educational Leadership at The College of William & Mary.
