He spearheaded a $12 million campus master plan and secured a $4.2 million capital campaign to enhance facilities and program offerings. His leadership in enrollment and advancement resulted in increased student retention, net tuition revenue growth, and fundraising efforts that regularly exceeded targets, including the creation of a $1 million fund to support families impacted by the pandemic.

Turner holds a Bachelor’s degree (Cum Laude) in Public Policy and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he captained the two-time undefeated Ivy League champion football team, earned Academic All-Ivy and First Team All-Ivy honors, and played varsity baseball. A member of the Sphinx Senior Honor Society, he received multiple leadership and academic awards selected by classmates and faculty. He later earned a Master’s in Education from Arcadia University and is currently an Ed.D. candidate in Educational Leadership at The College of William & Mary.
