During his early corporate career, Marty held progressively responsible leadership positions with globally recognized organizations including Xerox, AT&T, and Verizon. Marty’s executive career reached new heights as he assumed senior leadership roles within the telecommunications and technology sectors. As Vice President of Worldwide Indirect Channels at Visual Networks, he played a pivotal role in building domestic and international distribution networks from the ground up. Under his leadership, the company established a thriving reseller ecosystem throughout the United States and Europe, generating significant revenue growth while expanding market presence. His success in channel development, strategic alliances, and international operations demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify emerging opportunities and create scalable business models.
His leadership capabilities were further showcased when he was recruited to serve as President of RAD Data Communications North America, the North American division of a global telecommunications equipment manufacturer headquartered in Israel. Expanding his influence internationally, Martin also served as Head Coach of the Turkish National Lacrosse Team, helping grow the sport and develop athletes on a global stage.
