Jade’s tenure at IHG Hotels & Resorts as Director of Procurement for FF&E showcased her ability to balance corporate standards with entrepreneurial agility. She managed global procurement strategies and supplier negotiations, effectively delivering large-scale hospitality projects under budget and on schedule. Although she remains open to hospitality roles, she is discerning in accepting engagements that avoid conflicts of interest, always prioritizing integrity and strategic fit.

Earlier in her career, Jade held senior leadership roles with DECOLAV Hospitality, Via Motif International, and Kimball International. Her responsibilities spanned from new business development to project management and major account sales. This experience broadened her commercial acumen, giving her first-hand exposure to the challenges of global sales, market analysis, and B2B customer relationships. She also served nearly five years at MasterBrand Cabinets, where she earned multiple nominations for the Presidential Leadership Award—a testament to her commitment to excellence and collaboration.
