    Helene’s career began with a foundation in journalism, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and Speech Communication from California State University – Northridge. Her early professional journey included five impactful years at MSLGroup (Manning, Selvage & Lee), where she strategized and executed PR campaigns and product launches for major clients like SEGA of America, Nike, Mattel, and Nestlé. This experience laid the groundwork for her transition into corporate leadership roles, where she would go on to leave a significant mark.

    As Director of Public Relations and Promotions at Sony Computer Entertainment America (PlayStation), Helene led the strategy and execution of national media campaigns, celebrity and athlete/league partnerships, and groundbreaking promotions for Sony’s 989 Studios and sports software brands. Her innovative thinking brought about landmark promotional partnerships with companies such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and Levi’s, and established new standards in athlete engagement and experiential marketing.

    Helene’s leadership trajectory continued when she became Vice President of Marketing at Midway Home Entertainment. In this role, she oversaw marketing efforts for both the U.S. and European markets and built a fully staffed marketing department from the ground up. She successfully launched over 20 products annually, including industry-leading franchises like Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, NFL Blitz, and SpyHunter. She managed complex licensing relationships with organizations such as Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, NFL, MLB, and NBA, while playing a pivotal role in executive planning, licensing strategy, and product development. Her efforts contributed directly to the brand evolution and investor positioning of Midway as a key player in the video game industry.

    In 2003, Helene transitioned to entrepreneurship, establishing herself as a sought-after strategic marketing and communications consultant. Her client portfolio spans healthcare, medical aesthetics, professional services, industrial technology, and more. From comprehensive brand strategy and product launches to digital marketing, corporate communications, and C-suite advisement, Helene delivers tailored solutions that align with business objectives and market realities. Notable clients include La Boussole Medical Spa & Wellness Center, Orthopaedic Specialists of the Four States (Ortho Four States), Employer Advantage PEO, WSI Waterjet Systems International, and Premier Surgical Institute.
