    At 6sense, Gale served as Director, People Business Partner for Technology and G&A functions for about 1.5 years before transitioning into an individual contributor, part-time role in Organizational Development. In this capacity, she worked closely with technical teams and executive leaders to drive HR strategies that supported cultural integration and business agility. She played a vital role in shaping career pathing frameworks, fostering inclusive leadership, and stewarding teams through transitions—all while ensuring that employee engagement and performance remained high.

    As a Senior People Partner at Alector, Gale brought her strategic HR acumen to the life sciences arena. Supporting both Research and Non-clinical departments, she delivered high-touch coaching and led organizational design efforts during key growth phases. Her ability to bridge scientific innovation with human capital needs underscored her agility in adapting HR best practices across industries.

    Gale’s tenure at Evernote as Director of HR Business Partnerships was marked by global influence and large-scale impact. She led a cross-functional HR team supporting learning and development, business partnerships, and engagement initiatives across continents.
