As the Founder and President of Authentic Culture & Engagement Solutions, Inc. Before launching ACE, Deloria served as the Managing Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Charles Schwab, where she spearheaded national and international DEI strategies. In this role, she led key initiatives that enhanced workforce engagement, increased diverse representation, and strengthened the firm’s inclusive culture. Prior to Schwab, she held various leadership positions at Walt Disney World, where she played a crucial role in developing talent strategies, leading employee relations, and driving large-scale HR initiatives that shaped a more inclusive corporate environment.

Her passion for DEI stems from a deep belief that every individual possesses unique strengths that, when nurtured, contribute to a more dynamic and thriving organization. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government agencies, providing expert guidance on building equitable workplace policies, creating leadership pipelines for underrepresented talent, and implementing strategies that foster psychological safety and innovation.

As a highly sought-after speaker and consultant, Deloria has delivered keynote addresses, workshops, and training sessions on DEI, leadership, unconscious bias, and employee engagement. Her work has earned her recognition as one of Orlando’s Top Coaches in 2022 and 2023, and in 2024, the Orlando Business Journal named her a “Woman Who Means Business.” She has also been a driving force in the Black Boardroom Leadership Institute, where her leadership development programs have been nationally recognized for their innovation.
