Before assuming his current executive positions, Chase spent six years as President and Partner of Kalterra Construction while also serving as Vice President of Construction for Kalterra Capital Partners. Those positions broadened his perspective beyond construction execution and into the interconnected disciplines of real estate, capital, organizational strategy, strategic partnerships, and enterprise leadership.
Chase built the foundation of his career through progressively responsible roles across engineering, commercial construction, project management, and operations. His early experience with Apex Geoscience included construction services engineering, drilling logistics, and geotechnical project engineering. He subsequently served as Director of Construction for Family Legacy Missions International in Lusaka, Zambia, before advancing into commercial construction as a Project Manager with Ridgemont Commercial Construction. Chase later joined Dynamic Glass, where he progressed from Senior Project Manager to Director of Operations. This trajectory gave him firsthand experience at multiple levels of an organization and shaped a leadership philosophy grounded in understanding how strategic decisions ultimately affect the people responsible for execution.

During his time with Family Legacy Missions International, he served as Director of Construction in Lusaka, Zambia, following earlier volunteer involvement as a project manager. His work contributed to the development of homes, schools, and other facilities serving orphaned children in Africa. That experience provided meaningful exposure to Sub-Saharan Africa, while his broader international background also includes Europe. He earned an MBA focused on Construction Project Management and Business from Lamar University after studying Business Administration and Management at The University of Texas Permian Basin. His academic background additionally includes studies in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate of Science from Tyler Junior College. Beyond his formal education, Chase holds FAA credentials as a Private Pilot and Drone Pilot and has completed OSHA 30-Hour training.
