    One of Andy’s most notable accomplishments was crafting a groundbreaking experiential marketing campaign for Acura, in partnership with W Hotels. By putting luxury vehicles in the hands of hotel guests via complimentary chauffeur services, he connected the brand with its ideal target audience. The campaign resulted in over 1 million guest rides and directly contributed to 20,000 vehicle sales—a success story featured in multiple marketing textbooks.

    Andy’s roles at Ansira also included serving as Executive Vice President of the Channel Business Unit and as Chief Revenue Officer. In these positions, he consistently grew revenue, developed and led high-performance teams, and delivered top-tier recognition from industry analysts like Forrester. His ability to blend strategic foresight with operational execution has allowed him to continuously deliver measurable outcomes.

    Earlier in his career, Andy held roles at WPP and Maritz, where he designed incentive programs, directed digital transformations, and managed multimillion-dollar accounts for automotive giants such as Ford, Jaguar, and Land Rover. His tenure at these organizations laid the foundation for his future success in leading large-scale transformations and complex client partnerships.

    Andy holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Communications from Miami University. He has been recognized as a Titan 100 Award Winner for two consecutive years and is a member of the Forbes Business Council.
