As the founder of I Help My Friends, William advises seed, bootstrapped, and venture-backed startups ($1M–$25M revenue) on scaling revenue, optimizing sales strategies, and building data-driven growth engines. Previously, as Chief of Staff at Aurora Solar, he built the Sales Strategy function from the ground up, driving productivity, forecasting, and revenue operations. At Box, he led multiple strategic roles, including building a hybrid sales and data science team that delivered multi-million-dollar impact. His early career held roles in the global supply chain shaped his international perspective, with business experience spanning Asia, Europe, and South America.
William is an active startup advisor, serving on the Loyee advisory board and supporting Wake Ventures.
