As Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Frank & Lindy Service Co., Bill spent nearly three decades building and scaling a home services business from $500,000 to over $5 million in annual revenue. His leadership was instrumental in transforming the company into a high-performing organization known for operational excellence and customer service. Under his guidance, the company not only grew financially but also developed a strong internal culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Following the successful sale of the business in 2018, Bill transitioned into broader industry leadership roles, including his work with Nexstar Network, a premier business development and training organization. Over a 24-year tenure, he served in multiple capacities including Master Trainer, Implementation Coach, and Business Coach. In these roles, Bill influenced hundreds of business owners and leaders, helping them refine their strategies, improve operations, and achieve measurable growth.

Bill’s impact at Nexstar extended beyond coaching into governance, where he served three terms on the Board of Directors, including three years as Chairman. In this capacity, he helped shape the strategic direction of the organization and contributed to its position as an industry leader. Throughout his career, Bill has distinguished himself as a master facilitator and educator. He co-created foundational training programs, including Nexstar’s original Boot Camp and Service System, and consistently earned top evaluations for his engaging and effective teaching style. In more recent years, Bill has continued to expand his influence through executive coaching and mentorship. Bill’s leadership experience also includes his role as General Manager at Davis Heating & AC, where he oversaw multiple departments and drove over 60% revenue growth while maintaining profitability. Beyond his corporate achievements, Bill is deeply committed to giving back.
