In 2015, Oliekan took on one of his most impactful roles as Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities Management at Top Aces Corp., a premier U.S. Department of Defense contractor in the aerospace and defense sector. Over nearly a decade, he led HR, Industrial Security, Export Control, and Administrative functions. He was instrumental in standing up the U.S. HR and Security infrastructure from inception, ensuring operational readiness, compliance with defense regulations, and alignment with the company’s rapid global growth.
