Randy’s most influential corporate role was as Vice President and Director at QEP Resources, where he led large-scale production operations across five major basins. Under his leadership, QEP improved cost control, optimized production, and elevated safety and environmental standards. His broad mandate included health and safety (HSE), automation/SCADA systems, engineering project management, and compliance oversight.
