There, he helped scale the office from 18 to over 375 people while building iconic brands such as NYNEX Yellow Pages, Glenfiddich, Frangelico, New York Life, and Sara Lee.

In 1991, he joined Kirshenbaum & Bond, where he founded the agency’s first brand planning department and helped grow the company from 15 to over 300 people. He played a pivotal role in the original launch of Snapple’s “100% Natural Marketing” campaign, repositioned Rioja wines with the award-winning “Here’s to Bold Food!” strategy, and led the national launch of Orangetheory fitness, helping the brand grow from 150 studios to 1500 in the US and expand globally.
