In this role, he manages team scheduling, employee development, customer service initiatives, financial controls, cash management procedures, payroll reporting, and daily operational execution. His responsibilities require a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, ensuring that both employees and customers receive exceptional support. Prior to assuming his current management position, Nestor served in multiple supervisory and customer service leadership roles within Jewel-Osco.
