Prior to his current role, he spent 19 years as Senior Vice President of Professional Marketing, where he oversaw brand strategy and execution across the United States and Mexico. Under his leadership, Wahl became a dominant force within the professional barber and beauty industries, reinforcing its identity as both a heritage brand and an innovator in modern grooming.
His early tenure at Wahl included leadership roles in sales and marketing, where he managed high-value accounts and drove multi-national revenue growth. As Director of Sales and Marketing, Lance demonstrated a keen ability to align commercial strategy with market demand, building strong relationships across distribution channels while scaling operations efficiently. These foundational experiences established his reputation as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader.
Before joining Wahl, Lance developed a strong analytical and financial foundation as a consultant at Ennis Knupp & Associates, where he advised corporate pension plans.
