Today, Kimberly serves as the Owner and CEO of TAB West Suburban Chicago, a peer advisory and executive coaching firm that supports business owners in navigating the complexities of leadership and scaling. In this role, she partners with small and mid-sized businesses to drive clarity, confidence, and growth through collaborative advisory boards and individualized coaching. Her leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in fostering environments where both people and businesses thrive—leveraging her executive experience and entrepreneurial mindset to build capability, unlock innovation, and deliver sustainable impact.
Before founding TAB West Suburban Chicago, Kimberly launched Quantum Phoenixx, LLC, a consulting practice dedicated to executive development and organizational transformation. Her work has always centered on creating structures that support strong leadership, strategic alignment, and a high-performance culture. The name “Quantum Phoenixx” reflects her belief in transformation through resilience—rising stronger and smarter through challenges, with intention and clarity.
Kimberly’s corporate leadership career includes over eight years at Aon, a global professional services firm, where she held several senior HR leadership positions. As Chief People Officer for Aon’s Digital Client Solutions business, she provided executive-level guidance during times of innovation and transition, supporting the company’s growing InsureTech division. She also led HR strategies across Aon’s Global Spend Management, Global Security Services, and IT Platform Services organizations, contributing to operational effectiveness and enterprise-wide cohesion in a rapidly changing environment.
Prior to Aon, Kimberly served as Vice President and HR Business Partner at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where she guided cross-continental teams in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. She played a critical role in aligning talent with business strategy in risk management and analytics functions. Her earlier HR leadership roles at ConAgra Brands, Baxter International, and Mayo Clinic laid the foundation for her comprehensive expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design across healthcare, consumer goods, and life sciences.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to bridge the strategic and human aspects of business. Kimberly holds an Executive MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University.
