    Greg Wiles is a seasoned financial executive with over a decade of experience in finance and strategic leadership across multiple industries. As the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Fertility Centers of Los Angeles since 2020, Greg has managed a team of seven professionals and successfully restructured the accounting function, resulting in a clean audit with no adjusting entries for 2020. He adeptly negotiated a revised forbearance agreement with the senior lender, easing default conditions post-COVID, and introduced a robust contribution margin analysis that informed strategic pricing changes. Before his tenure at Pacific Fertility Centers, Greg served as Vice President of Finance and Store Expansion at Eyemart Express from 2015 to 2020, where he led the development of a COVID risk tool, expanded the company’s real estate function, and accelerated new store openings from 8 to 26 annually, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
