Enda Walsh is a seasoned global executive and board director with more than 40 years of leadership experience across the fresh produce and international business sectors. He brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic transformation, and global operations, with a strong track record of guiding organizations through growth, integration, and complexity.
Most recently, Enda served as President of Dole Diversified Americas, where he helped shape strategic direction and strengthen market positioning for one of the world’s leading produce companies. In this role, he led cross-regional initiatives and contributed to the successful execution and integration of key strategic priorities.
Enda currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Oppenheimer Group, (Oppy) and has recently held board positions with a range of organizations across North and South America, including El Parque (Chile), The Fresh Connection, Gambles Group of Companies (Canada), Progressive Produce, Turbana Corporation, Highline Mushrooms(Canada), and The Sol Group. His board experience reflects a strong commitment to governance, risk oversight, and supporting management teams in delivering sustainable performance.
He is particularly recognized for his ability to lead through periods of transformation, bringing a disciplined yet pragmatic approach to restructuring, acquisition integration, and long-term strategic planning.
Enda’s career spans Europe, South America, Central America, the United States and Canada, providing him with a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse regulatory, cultural, and market environments.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and has completed executive education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
