“Global Perspective. Local Insight. Relentless Execution.”

Dina Pyron is a dynamic and visionary global tax and HR executive whose four-decade career has spanned continents, industries, and innovations. Known for her ability to bridge strategic insight with pragmatic delivery, Dina has consistently demonstrated an extraordinary capacity to lead organizations through transformation, growth, and operational excellence. Her career is a masterclass in how deep technical expertise, bold leadership, and a people-first philosophy can be harmonized to deliver results that matter.

Dina began her professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she quickly emerged as a trusted advisor in global mobility and employment tax. Her tenure at PwC saw her rise to the role of partner by 1998, marking the beginning of her path as a senior executive and trailblazer. During her time at the firm, she was entrusted with leading the Central U.S. Region for PwC’s mobility and reward practice and later stepped into a global leadership role, managing talent mobility and serving as the HR leader for PwC’s global assurance practice. Her international tenure provided her with rich exposure to managing cross-border teams and addressing multifaceted challenges in the global employment space.

In 2006, Dina brought her experience and leadership to Ernst & Young (EY), where she assumed the role of Global and EMEIA Director of Human Capital/People Advisory Services. Based in New York and later in London, she was instrumental in the development and integration of EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS)—a groundbreaking initiative that merged HR strategy, talent management, and tax advisory under a single global umbrella. Under her guidance, the practice expanded from $900 million to $1.5 billion in annual revenue, employing over 5,000 professionals across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Her leadership not only catalyzed financial growth but also built a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation across diverse markets.

One of Dina’s most significant contributions to the future of tax and professional services came in 2018, when she spearheaded the launch of EY TaxChat, the firm’s first-ever direct-to-consumer offering. This entrepreneurial venture began as an idea and grew under her leadership into a global digital platform operating in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Brazil, and Australia. Dina assembled and led a team of over 200 professionals, built the technology backbone from the ground up, and cultivated a fresh customer base in both B2C and B2B channels. Within a few short years, TaxChat scaled to $100 million in revenue, transforming the way EY engages with the marketplace.

Beyond the metrics, Dina is known for her empathetic, decisive, and inspiring leadership. She has a proven ability to harmonize business imperatives with human-centric strategies, a rare blend that has allowed her to drive enterprise-wide change without compromising cultural integrity. During her time in EMEIA, she delivered complex people strategies across borders, developed future-focused HR models, and advanced EY’s reputation as a premier advisory firm.

Her academic foundation is equally strong. Dina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Rice University and completed postgraduate studies in Accounting at the University of Houston. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Texas and New York, she remains an active member of the AICPA. Her lifelong commitment to learning and development is evident not only in her formal education but also in her passion for mentoring future leaders.

Dina’s global mindset is shaped by her time living and working in London, as well as managing businesses across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. She has navigated complex geopolitical, regulatory, and cultural landscapes to implement tax and HR solutions at scale. Whether she’s working with Fortune 500 oil and gas multinationals or advising fast-growth tech companies, her approach is always rooted in clarity, collaboration, and commercial acumen.

Her public speaking engagements and published works have earned her recognition as a thought leader on the future of work, digital disruption, and tax innovation. She has led major conferences, authored articles on global HR strategy and mobility, and remains a sought-after speaker on global talent and governance trends. Her influence extends beyond technical acumen—she is known for translating complexity into clarity, and vision into value.

Now focused on board service, Dina is driven by a desire to give back and help organizations thrive. With a broad perspective shaped by operating in the Big Four, launching entrepreneurial ventures, and managing billion-dollar businesses across regions, she brings unmatched insight into strategic planning, governance, transformation, and sustainable growth. She is especially passionate about industries such as oil and gas, technology, and pharmaceuticals, where her experience and instincts are most impactful.
