During her time at the firm, she was entrusted with leading the Central U.S. Region for PwC’s mobility and reward practice and later stepped into a global leadership role, managing talent mobility and serving as the HR leader for PwC’s global assurance practice. In 2006, Dina brought her experience and leadership to Ernst & Young (EY), where she assumed the role of Global and EMEIA Director of Human Capital/People Advisory Services. Based in New York and later in London, she was instrumental in the development and integration of EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS)—a groundbreaking initiative that merged HR strategy, talent management, and tax advisory under a single global umbrella. Under her guidance, the practice expanded from $900 million to $1.5 billion in annual revenue, employing over 5,000 professionals across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
