Daniel is currently the Senior Manager of Process Improvement at FreedomCare, where he leads the National Growth and Healthcare Expansion Team. He manages a team of program and project managers focused on expanding healthcare operations across states. He has introduced centralized systems for patient and caregiver complaints, developed field-tracking tools for in-home visits, and partnered with LMS vendors to roll out multi-state training platforms. Under his leadership, operations have launched successfully in two new states and incentive models were realigned to better support KPI-driven performance.
Prior to his current role, Daniel served as Consultant and VP of Special Projects at Premier Home Medical Equipment.
