    In the realm of private equity and hedge fund transactions, Brian played a pivotal role as Principal and In-House Counsel at Mercury Partners LLC, overseeing all legal aspects and managing external counsel, accountants, and auditors.

    Brian’s early legal career was marked by his role as an Associate at Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP, where he drafted and negotiated commercial contracts, served as the sole intellectual property practitioner, and litigated various cases involving employment, contract, insurance, securities, and intellectual property law.

    His impressive track record includes an Associate position at Pennie & Edmonds LLP, where he gained extensive experience in drafting patent, trademark, and copyright licenses, as well as litigating patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases in federal courts. He also managed international trademark portfolios for multiple clients.
