    Alejandro Serralde stands out as a distinguished leader in the field of organizational development and leadership assessments. As the Managing Director of Reddin Assessments since June 2011, Alejandro has played a pivotal role in steering the company toward sustained growth and excellence. With over a decade of experience in this role, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to enhancing organizational performance through innovative assessment tools and methodologies.

    At Reddin Assessments, Alejandro’s leadership has been instrumental in the company’s global reach, serving over 3,000 organizations across North and South America, Europe, and Central America. His work primarily focuses on connecting strategic goals with execution through a suite of technology-driven tools and data analytics. His role encompasses not only advising top executives but also building a high-performing team of consultants and expanding the company’s distributor and sales channels to increase its subscriber base.

    Before joining Reddin Assessments, Alejandro honed his expertise in financial control and project management. From November 2009 to May 2011, he served as a Financial Controller and Project Manager at Powerlink Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, where he improved the efficiency of high-voltage infrastructure projects. Prior to this, he was a Business Improvement Consultant and Project Manager at ElectraNet Pty Ltd in Adelaide, Australia. There, he applied Lean principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance the transmission network’s effectiveness.

    Alejandro began his career as a Junior Project Manager and Business Analyst at Mercer in Adelaide, where he focused on business process improvement and system enhancements using lean six-sigma methodologies. This early experience laid the foundation for his future success in organizational development and project management.

    Academically, Alejandro earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Magna Cum Laude distinction from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla in 2003. He furthered his education with a Master’s Degree in Marketing and International Business, graduating Cum Laude in 2004. His academic journey included an exchange program with French institutions, which broadened his international business perspective.

    Alejandro is also a certified Organizational Culture Practitioner and has completed various seminars, including the 5D Management Tomorrow Seminar and the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Examination. These certifications underscore his expertise in leadership and management.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Alejandro is dedicated to community service. He served as Vice President of Men Of The Tree (MOTT), an international society focused on environmental conservation, and volunteered with the City Care Network, providing support to vulnerable populations.
