His efforts led to $64M in contracted revenue over four years, a revamped go-to-market strategy, and the launch of a Consulting Service business line that contributed an additional $5M in revenue within its first year.

    Prior to Horizon Health, Rick held multiple senior leadership roles at Healogics, Inc., where he was instrumental in the organization’s growth and success. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounts and Training, he rebuilt corporate departments, executed major contracts with Vizient, Trinity Health, and HCA, and developed a comprehensive 90-day training program that increased team productivity. Under his leadership, the company achieved remarkable growth, securing over $42.5M in contracts and exceeding performance goals.

During his tenure as Director of Sales at Elekta Inc., Rick implemented the Sandler Selling model, which revolutionized the nationwide sales force and led to a 40% year-over-year revenue increase in the oncology business.
