Paul Ironside is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in SaaS, technology, and professional services. He has held CEO, Chief Revenue Officer, and General Manager roles in private equity and venture-backed businesses, consistently driving enterprise value through operational transformation, go-to-market innovation, and organizational scale.
Currently, Paul is GTM Strategist and New Member Growth Leader at InfoTech Research Group, a $200M+ information services firm. Working directly with the Founder and Executive Team, he has led initiatives that reduced sales costs by 35% and increased revenue by 135%, while improving rep productivity and retention through AI-driven segmentation and workforce optimization. His work has helped modernize how InfoTech acquires, develops, and retains its client base.
Previously, Paul was a strategic advisor to ChowNow, a PE-backed restaurant technology firm, where he led a comprehensive commercial overhaul. His leadership doubled rep productivity, introduced scalable sales management systems, and set the stage for long-term, profitable growth.
From 2014 to 2023, Paul was Founder and CEO of CommercialTribe, a SaaS company focused on sales management intelligence. He raised $14M in venture capital, scaled the business to 50,000+ users, and developed a proprietary workforce intelligence platform. He worked closely with the board and investors, ultimately guiding the company through a recapitalization that returned majority control to management.
Earlier in his career, Paul held commercial leadership roles at MarketForce, Parature (acquired by Microsoft), and the Corporate Executive Board (CEB now Gartner). At Parature, he was pivotal in driving growth and positioning the company for acquisition. At CEB, he led a $550M global business and launched several successful initiatives that strengthened executive engagement and organizational collaboration.
