    As the former Assurance Practice Leader and Office Managing Partner at BDO’s Jacksonville office, Paul led multifaceted audit engagements for public and private companies across a wide array of industries—ranging from consumer products and healthcare to transportation, manufacturing, and hospitality. His client roster has included Fortune 500 companies such as Cardinal Health, Cintas Corporation, L Brands, Lexmark International, and Bob Evans Restaurants. With a talent for navigating intricate financial issues—including business combinations, stock-based compensation, leasing, and derivatives—Paul has served as a trusted advisor to Boards and Audit Committees, consistently delivering sound, regulation-aligned solutions to complex challenges.

He currently serves as Executive Committee President of Dreams Come True Jacksonville, where he led the planning and fundraising efforts for the organization’s 40th Anniversary Royal Ball, successfully raising $1 million for its endowment. He also holds the role of Board Chair for Jacksonville Downtown Vision, Inc., helping to steer downtown revitalization and economic development through sound governance and financial strategy.

    His prior board leadership includes Chairing Changing Homelessness Jacksonville, Leadership Columbus, and the YMCA of Central Ohio—where he oversaw finance committees, expanded strategic initiatives, and championed community impact. Paul also served for nearly a decade on the Miami University Accountancy Advisory Board, guiding academic program alignment with real-world industry standards.

    Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), actively licensed in Florida and Ohio. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and recently earned the International Board Director Competency Designation (IBDC.D).
