Widely recognized for his strategic acumen, scientific depth, and people-first leadership, Dr. Nogueras is currently the Global Head of Microbiological Quality & Sterility Assurance (MQSA) at Kenvue, where he leads supply chain and quality initiatives across diverse segments—from skin health and beauty to over-the-counter therapeutics and dietary supplements. His oversight spans the entire product lifecycle—from design and development to pharmacovigilance—ensuring stringent compliance, seamless innovation, and accelerated product delivery to global markets.
Dr. Nogueras began his career at the intersection of research and clinical diagnostics and quickly rose through the ranks at some of the world’s most influential life science and pharmaceutical organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, BioReliance, Amgen, and Genentech.
