Michael T. Currently serving as Vice President, CFO North America & Corporate Finance for The Hain Celestial Group, Michael oversees decision support, planning, and value creation initiatives across approximately $450 million in net sales value, $70 million EBITDA, and $70 million in free cash flow. In this executive leadership role, he has become a trusted advisor to senior leadership by improving operational visibility, accelerating decision-making processes, and helping shape strategic financial direction for the organization. His work has supported management presentation & due diligence efforts for Hain’s strategic review process including divestiture of its Snacks business.  Additionally, his work included leading  integrated business planning disciplines, implementing sophisticated dashboard reporting capabilities, and co-leading major refinancing initiatives involving banking and private lending institutions. Michael’s ability to connect financial performance with operational execution has made him a critical contributor to Hain Celestial’s long-term growth strategy.

Prior to assuming his current role, Michael served as Vice President of Global FP&A and Supply Chain Finance at Hain Celestial, where he led consolidated financial planning and analysis activities spanning more than $1.2 billion in net sales value across over thirty brands. During this period, he played a key leadership role in the company’s global financial systems transformation, helping guide the transition from HFM to Oracle while strengthening worldwide reporting capabilities and operational alignment. He also partnered closely with executive leadership and board stakeholders to provide strategic insights into business performance, organizational efficiency, and long-term planning priorities. His ability to simplify complexity and communicate actionable financial intelligence became instrumental in driving organizational confidence and execution.

Michael’s impact at Hain Celestial was further demonstrated in his role as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Finance, where he oversaw $900 million in cost of goods sold and more than $200 million in inventory across a global manufacturing footprint of over fifty internal and external facilities. In this capacity, he architected the company’s global supply chain finance function while leading teams responsible for productivity management, inventory optimization, supplier spend analytics, and financial process standardization. His leadership helped strengthen financial governance while empowering operational stakeholders with clearer data visibility and more disciplined performance management processes. Michael’s strategic approach to cost optimization and supply chain transformation has consistently enabled organizations to improve margins while maintaining operational agility.

Before joining Hain Celestial, Michael served as Vice President of Operations Finance at KIND Snacks, where he supported large-scale operational and procurement transformation efforts during a pivotal period of integration with parent company MARS. He led initiatives focused on optimizing manufacturing and distribution networks, identifying over $55 million in transformative projects designed to improve efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve. Michael also helped guide KIND through significant inflationary pressures by developing detailed commodity and indirect cost analyses that informed the company’s first major commercial price increase strategy. His leadership at KIND demonstrated his unique ability to blend financial discipline with operational strategy while maintaining a strong people-centered leadership approach.

Michael’s extensive background also includes senior finance leadership roles with Honeywell International and Mondelēz International, where he built a reputation for driving operational excellence, finance transformation, and organizational redesign. At Honeywell, he managed supply chain finance operations overseeing $1.5 billion in cost structures while implementing internal controls frameworks and developing enterprise-level Tableau dashboards that improved business visibility and accountability. At Mondelēz, he led numerous finance transformation and digitalization initiatives, including global simplification projects, shared services migrations, organizational redesigns, and integrated supply chain finance improvements. His work consistently focused on creating scalable processes, strengthening financial governance, and improving enterprise-wide collaboration.

Earlier in his career, Michael developed a strong operational finance foundation through leadership roles with Kraft Foods, where he served in multiple finance and plant controller capacities across North America and international operations. These experiences provided him with firsthand exposure to manufacturing operations, product costing, financial planning, inventory management, and cross-border business strategy. Working across locations including California, Florida, Germany, and New York allowed Michael to develop a broad global perspective and a deep understanding of the operational drivers behind sustainable business performance. His international exposure across Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Latin America, India, and the Philippines has further strengthened his ability to navigate diverse markets and collaborate effectively across cultures.
