At ADP, where he serves as Elite District Sales Manager in La Palma, CA since June 2012, Mark leads a team focused on selling software, PEO services, 401K plans, and benefits and workers’ comp insurance to mid-sized clients. His exceptional leadership has positioned him as the #1 District Manager nationally for 8 out of the past 10 years, handling the largest quotas and earning accolades such as the President’s Club Award 10 times and the Falcon Award 9 times. He has also been honored on the Board of Directors as the top District Manager in the country.
Prior to his tenure at ADP, Mark spent over a decade at Verizon in various roles, including Executive Trainer and Leadership Coach in Los Alamitos, CA, from January 2007 to May 2012. During this time, he was responsible for developing and training sales managers and executives across several states, holding a Ken Blanchard certification. Before that, as Vice President of Sales and Regional Sales Manager for Orange County, CA, from May 1998 to January 2007, Mark led efforts in hiring, training, and developing sales teams. His strategic initiatives consistently exceeded revenue objectives, earning multiple President’s Club awards and recognition as Sales Manager of the Region.
