Mark Collins is a distinguished executive in the financial services industry with over 25 years of experience spanning banking, insurance, investments, and strategic consulting. He has held senior leadership roles at prominent institutions including Wells Fargo, Dynasty Financial Partners, Constitution Capital Partners, Nationwide, and OneAmerica, giving him broad and deep exposure to corporate finance, investment strategy, and the inner workings of both traditional and emerging financial platforms.
Throughout his career, Mark has consistently bridged the gap between institutional finance and the advisor-client relationship. With a foundation in wealth management and planning, he evolved into a national leader in investment strategy, outsourced CIO/COO services, and private equity consulting. His work has shaped the direction of more than 3,000 advisory practices across every major channel—wirehouses, RIAs, insurance-based platforms, and independent networks.
As Senior Vice President at Constitution Capital Partners, Mark leads national distribution and strategy, focusing on capital raising, relationship management, and institutional outreach with RIAs, family offices, and endowments. He plays a central role in aligning investor objectives with Constitution’s private equity and private credit solutions, blending technical expertise with a fiduciary, consultative approach.
Prior to Constitution, Mark served as SVP and Relationship Manager at Dynasty Financial Partners, specializing in outsourced COO services, M&A strategy, and operational transformation. He also founded his own executive consulting firm, where he advised C-suite leaders and advisory firms on scalable growth models, branding, talent strategy, and technology integration. These roles reflect his strong corporate finance acumen, strategic planning capability, and experience leading complex business initiatives from the executive level.
Mark’s earlier career at Wells Fargo saw him in national leadership roles within investment consulting and market strategy, managing institutional OCIO platforms and supporting corporate retirement plans with investment due diligence and growth initiatives. His tenure at Nationwide and OneAmerica further reinforced his expertise in the insurance sector, contributing to distribution, client strategy, and the intersection of insurance and investment products.
A passionate educator and mentor, Mark has served as an adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis since 2012, teaching economics, finance, and business strategy. He holds degrees in Economics and International Relations, an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and executive education credentials from the Yale School of Management and the CAIA Association (educational programs only; not a charterholder).
Mark’s international experience includes engagements across China, India, the UK, and Canada, where he has provided consulting and investment guidance while navigating global regulatory and cultural complexities. This global lens strengthens his value as a strategic advisor and board member in an increasingly interconnected marketplace.
Based in St. Louis, Mark enjoys life with his wife, two daughters, and their rescue dogs. He is an active community volunteer, youth soccer coach, and supporter of veterans’ organizations including the Semper Fi Fund.
