Most recently, Mandy served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Fortrea Holdings Inc., a contract research organization (CRO) spun-off from Labcorp. As US Controller and Finance Director, she oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for the U.S. pharmaceutical commercial business. She played a crucial role in several financial transformations to improve financial efficiency. She was also a member of the U.S. Pharma Finance Leadership Team and the Trust Investment Committee.
During her tenure at GSK, Mandy also served as Finance Director for Business Development, where she led financial evaluations for divestments, acquisitions, and authorized generic launches. She was a trusted finance partner to the commercial organization supporting the established products portfolio, ensuring strategic financial decision-making.
In addition, Mandy held the role of Finance Director for Research and Development at GSK, where she provided financial oversight for late-stage drug development projects. As a member of the Neuroscience and Global Product Strategy Executive Teams, she played an integral role in managing the financial aspects of joint drug development partnerships. She also led the development and implementation of financial policies for agreements with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
