    Lisa Hollingshead is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in commercial lending, portfolio management, and relationship development.     Formally serving as Vice President, Portfolio Manager II at Community West Bank, Lisa is responsible for managing assigned loan portfolios while identifying and cultivating new lending opportunities for the bank. Her role includes overseeing credit risk assessments for annual reviews, covenant compliance, and preparing financial certifications in direct coordination with Credit Administration. She also plays a key role in loan documentation, ensuring that all necessary information and approvals align with loan product requirements. Lisa’s expertise extends to facilitating client sign-ups, assisting relationship managers with loan servicing, and maintaining compliance with credit authorizations and loan agreements.

    Before stepping into her former role, Lisa was Vice President, Relationship Manager II at Community West Bank, where she was instrumental in expanding the bank’s commercial lending portfolio. She focused on soliciting and establishing relationships with large companies, particularly those with annual sales exceeding $20 million and borrowing needs greater than $1 million. Her strategic approach involved introducing clients to additional financial products and services, aligning the bank’s offerings with their evolving business needs.

    Lisa’s expertise in commercial lending is built on a strong foundation of experience. As a Commercial Loan Officer at Southland EDC, she specialized in SBA, USDA, and EDA loan programs, developing and processing small business loans throughout Tulare, Kings, and San Luis Obispo Counties. Her role included loan packaging, underwriting, and guiding clients through closing and funding processes. Prior to that, Lisa served as the President and Commercial Loan Officer at CDC of Tulare County, where she played a pivotal role in managing organizational operations, staff oversight, and business development. She was responsible for growing the organization’s loan portfolio, overseeing loan program management, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

    Lisa’s professional skill set is diverse, encompassing portfolio and relationship management, credit risk assessment, construction budgeting, project management, financial analysis, and workflow optimization. She excels at problem-solving and organizational communication, ensuring that both internal teams and external clients receive the highest level of service and support. Her ability to balance risk management with business growth has made her a valuable asset in every role she has held.

    Lisa attended California State University, Fresno, before she could complete her degree she accepted a position in SBA financing and working in Economic Development.  She then took over the CDC portion of the organization which she completed specialized certifications in SBA 504 lending through NADCO. Her dedication to the commercial lending sector is driven by her commitment to supporting businesses in accessing the financial solutions they need to grow and thrive.
