    Her most recent role was with Engel & Voelkers as the COO for EV Yachting. Her work included growing the North American Division and creating the exclusive yacht to real estate, real estate to yacht referral network which she now continues for sales with Compass. In her prior role as Vice President of Operations for the Western United States at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Leeann was responsible for managing operations across 400 offices and overseeing 21,000 agents. Her contributions were pivotal in restructuring departments to better serve marketing, education, relocation, and e-lead teams. She implemented a new skill assessment process to ensure that team members were well-aligned with the organization’s goals, and she developed regional public relations strategies that enhanced brand presence. One of her signature achievements at Coldwell Banker was the complete rebranding of the Southwest Region, a project that included consumer-facing branding as well as tools to aid agents in their outreach and client interactions. She also led a dynamic recruiting initiative that increased affiliations by 300%, solidifying her reputation as a visionary leader in talent acquisition and brand positioning.

    Before her tenure at Coldwell Banker, Leeann served as Chief Operating Officer at Prudential California Realty, the fourth-largest real estate company in the United States at the time. Here, she oversaw $11.5 billion in sales and led 3,200 agents across 62 offices. Leeann was instrumental in restructuring key operational areas, including IT, marketing, and finance, and in rebranding the company as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Through her focus on improving financial matrices and streamlining processes, she significantly enhanced profitability by reducing overhead expenses by $500,000. Leeann’s commitment to building strong teams continued at Prudential, where she recruited engaged professionals to elevate the company’s service offerings and operational effectiveness.

    Earlier in her career, Leeann was the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Prestige/RE/MAX Professionals, LLC, where she orchestrated Colorado’s largest real estate merger to create the state’s fourth-largest real estate company. Her efforts brought together RE/MAX Professionals, LLC, and Prestige Real Estate Group, establishing a powerhouse brand with 850 agents, nine offices, and $1.8 billion in sales. During this time, Leeann led rebranding efforts, streamlined operational processes, and improved financial performance by reducing costs. This achievement followed her successful tenure as co-founder and president of Prestige Real Estate Group, LLC, where she grew the company from the ground up, building a unique agent-owned model that attracted and retained over 500 agents. Leeann’s leadership contributed not only to the company’s rapid growth but also to a strong culture of agent retention and success.

    Leeann’s contributions extend beyond the business world. She has actively given back to her community, co-founding the Prestige Miracles Foundation and serving on numerous non-profit boards, including the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver and Mt. St. Vincent Home in Colorado.
